New laptop doesn't recognize touch pad and cpu usage is on 100

I have just bought a new laptop, ideapad 5 series by lenovo (it wasn't on the device list…) and it doesn't seem to recognize there's a touchpad even on device manager. External mouse works fine btw. What do i do?

A second issue is that the cpu runs at 100% at all times, task manager shows its the system the draws out cpu usage. How do i solve this?

**I should mention that windows 10 is not yet activated on the machine. Is that what's causing the issues?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?
