My phone screen won't turn on at all even after charging all night.

So my iPhone won't turn on like the screen is black and holding the bottom volume rocker and power for thirty second s didn't work and I can't turn it on

Will the computer and iTunes recognize the phone when it's plugged in?

Update (06/22/2020)

I would try a new battery or a known good battery or if you can charge the battery outside of the phone.
