LCD/Digitizer 4th gen iPod touch separation?!

How can I separate the LCD from the Digitizer on the 4th generation iPod Touch ??!! First one was a failure !!!

I bought the digitizer and lcd separate to replace the now BOTH broken pieces but how am I now going to get them to stick together or will the force of the screen being pushed into place keep them together ?

Please HELP !!
