Can't enter download or recovery mode

My galaxy S7 Edge started showing a message that it was low on storage, so I just moved my documents and files to the external sd card. A few minutes later the phone stopped responding, so I rebooted and everything worked as should. After that, lines appeared on the screen as if it was broken. I left the phone for a while and came back to it dead.

It doesn’t power on (can feel no vibrations on startup), I can’t enter recovery or download mode and nothing happens when I try to charge it. I’ve tried every possible combination to get it into download or recovery mode. Although, when I charge it it does get a little warm, so I know that it is charging.

No PC detects it when I try to plug it in.

I am at a loss for words and don’t know what to do, as I really need this phone for work.

It wasn’t a display or battery issue or anything like that.

I left the phone for a few hours to die and decided to try and throw it onto a charger again. Amazingly the charging animation started to display again. I could boot into recovery mode and flash the stock firmware.

Seems like it was a software problem all along.
