Sonos play 5 can't maintain solid white light

Hi I cant connect my sonos play 5 to the wifi either wirelessly or with ethernet cable, it cant maintain a solid white light. It wont reboot or factory reset. Sonos have said it needs to be replaced but I have to pay £348, does anyone have any ideas.

Hi,

I recently worked on one of these and there are solutions. Since this was nearly five years ago, I expect you either had it repaired or replaced.
