My phone won't turn on because I disassembled my device.

Hey, I know I’m an idiot first of all. I have no idea what came over me but I disassembled my phone because I dropped it in a bucket full of water and I was hoping of air drying it so I disassembled everything. I put all the connections back but my phone won’t open at all. It won’t even vibrate or anything. Please help me. I have no idea what to do. There’s a lot of important files there that I should have thought about before prying my phone open! :(
