Why can't I install an OS? "Your computer restarted because of a...

Hello,

I have own an iMac 2015 that recently randomly has been getting the black error message “Your computer restarted because of a problem. Press a key or wait a few seconds to continue starting up” It got to the point where I no longer could operate macOS Mojave. As soon as I turned the computer on, I would get this message. So I did some research online and a lot pointed to hard drive failure, a format on the hard drive could fix this (so I read….). So I decided to do a format on the hard drive through disk utility and I now entered a nightmare. When I go to reinstall macOS Mojave it is telling me the same message after it goes to the second stage of installing during boot. It gets past the first stage when in recovery mode. I’m not sure what to do at this point. Can someone point me in the right direction on what I should do? Does this mean i’ll have to replace the SSD that is inside of it?

Answer this question I have this problem too

I went through the link you provided. I ran the test but it came back as 0 errors. Does this mean the ssd is no longer compatible with the imac?
