I dropped this nice phone on the floor and it didn’t turn on anymore. What can I do?

What fell on the floor, a fan or a phone or both?

If it was a phone, what is the make and model number of the phone?

No its my fan that fell onnthebfloor and the red,black and blue wires are disconnected

My comment above was to the original question asked at the top of this page. When reading the whole question it is ambiguous as to what fell, the fan or the phone.

What is the make and model number of your fan?
