Hi @Sharon H,
Can you view the TV menu screens OK?
If you can, is the TV signal source an antenna or a “box” of some description?
If a “box” have you tried a different cable connection to the TV or a different input type e.g. HDMI, Component video, Composite video to see if you get a picture?
If you can’t see the TV menus or even if you can, here’s an image taken from the service manual which shows the No Picture Troubleshooting flowchart.
