My ps4 turns on, then the next day it doesn't, only blue light flashes

Hello!

So, before I explain the problem, let me give a background first. My ps4 pro could be almost considered an airplane since the fan noise was absurdly loud. So, to fix it, I search some DIY tutorials to change the thermal paste and pads (bought it from the brand Grizzly) of the PS4. Anyway, I did it and it sort of worked, since my ps4 is now really quiet even when I play games like God of War.

However, a new problem has surged. I can play my ps4 for hours and hours e no problem occurs, but, if I turn it off, in the next day it will not turn on, only a beep occurs followed by a blue light for a second or two and it goes completely off. If I wait for 1 day to turn it on again, it works again and then I can play it normally as long as I want. I have no clue why this is happening.

Anyone has any idea of what could be happening?
