Are the power & volume buttons and rear camera replaceable?

I wanted to use my iPad once and realized the top right side doesn’t work (top right while looking at the screen), I don’t remember dropping it.

what I mean by top right side is that the ''

camera

volume & power button

microphone

don't work..
