Would not SHUT OFF...Now it won't START! 2013 XF

At first, vehicle would not SHUT OFF..! After pushing the button numerous times the car finally shut down. Now it will not start. Had codes: u0167 and u0426 on my scanner which I hope would assist in the diagnosis of the issue. I had a mobile mechanic look at it and he could not get it to start but thinks the ignition button or the ECM are the problems. Have you ever had this issue in a vehicle?

Options

both related to the immobilizer, try calling a auto locksmith and see if the have any info that may help.
