iPhone X Cameras don't work after replacement

Hello. I badly need help. I,m fixing iPhone X who lcd was demaged. The phone was dropped. I replaced the lcd, all work fine just the face ID was not available and all the cameras was not working,the phone goes to camera app but all is black, you can see the buttons. So I know if the projector and infrared sensor was demaged, that you can not get new one, because this only works for one this phone. But the cameras, front and back can be replaced. So I bought front and rear camera and replaced it but still, the cameras don't work. I hard reset the phone still the same. I took the phone in one service to check if something is wrong with a mainboard, but they set that the cameras don't work because you have to reprogram the new camera from the old one to work. Is this true? I'm fixing the phones for a several years now and this is the first one. The only thing I didn't try is factory reset the phone, because I don't like taking the passwords from the customers. Will this help? Really need some answers because I don't know what to do. I was in the same situation and a factory reset fixed the problem, ask customer permission to backup or have the customer do it.

I factory reseted the phone and is still the same, cameras are black. Will try changing the front camera, because have the old one in and will try again, but I fear that it will be still the same. Thank you for the answer anyway. I really don't know, why did in the phone service tell me that the new camera must be reprogramed from the old one. I never heard such a think.

do you have another phone to test the cameras? can be a component lever repair.

No I don't have, but I will try to get it, but I think that the new cameras are good. I had the phone in one phone service for diagnostic and they said that the cameras don't work because the rear camera is bad, and that they had to transfer or reprogram data from the old camera to a new one. And then will the front camera also start working. But because I already bought the cameras and they want to charge me for a new cameras , didn't want to live mine cameras in the phone, I took the phone from the service. Didn't believe that they must reprogram something. But now I see that it must be something about that. But if something was wrong with the mainboard, they would say. I really am frustrated about this. So if someone had some good ideas, be very glad and thank you for the answers.
