Why aren't my bottom buttons not working after replacing LCD

After replacing LCD screen, the bottom touch buttons nor a few keyboard buttons are working after the fix.why is this:

Options

So after taking apart the phone I saw a small cut in the home button ribbon . So when repairing be very careful as I was not.
