iPhone 6s plus won't restore error code 4013

I'm bought to throw in the rag for this phone the phone WAS stuck in a bootloop for a while and it didn't get out of it so I connected it to a computer and now it won't restore or go to home screen Im thinking the phone got bricked during the iOS 10 scandel so know I'm unaware of a solution tried to restore it many times but always ends in couldn't restore error code 4013 any ideas on the problem?

Error 4013 is corrupt NAND chip in my experience. If under warranty--have it swapped, otherwise if out of warranty replacement is your best bet
