Hello!
I recently replaced the screen and battery on my Pixel XL. Everything seemed to work great. However, I went to make a call, and the phone seems to shut itself off? The screen goes black and I have to hold the power button to turn it back on. Looking now, I think I missed a part during reassembly, I think it’s a grill near the top of the screen. Would that be causing this?

Did you remove the earpiece speaker ??

I didn't intend to, but I may have accidentally moved it during reassembly. I'll order a replacement earpiece/adhesive and check soon, will update :)

@gueser yes, it's only when I try to make a call. I tried doing a Facebook call too, no dice.
