Might want to try finding out if the battery is being drained while the vehicle is not running. Use the ammeter section of a multimeter (on an appropriate setting for suspected current draw value). If you get a fairly high reading then I would start disconnecting stuff to try and locate the malfunctioning component or short. Might want to start with your recent repairs to eliminate any possible installation errors.

Is the battery dying overnight while the vehicle is off?

What you need to do as @propman has commented, is called a parasitic draw test. You will need a multimeter with amp capabilities or an ammeter to perform the test and track down what is slowly draining your battery while it is off.

This is just a basic description of the process. I highly recommend the video link below.

First, make sure your battery has a full charge which should be around 12.6v. You connect the meter in series with the NEGATIVE or ground battery cable and watch the reading while you pull one fuse at a time, putting them back if nothing changes, working your way through all of the fuses in each fuse box until you pull one that stops the draw of power which will be reflected on the meter. It could be a fuse, or a light switch, a grounding/short circuited wire, etc. Check out this video first. It helped me to understand the process and how to perform the test and ultimately fix my parasitic drain issue. There are a lot of details that would be a lot to write here in a post.
