See your Owners Manual on how to access Recovery Mode as there may be options you can try. You could also try pairing a bluetooth mouse to your unit which should give you access to System Settings etc or if your tablet supports OTG, you can use a regular mouse attached to an OTG cable which is connected to the micro USB charging port. Unfortunately, imho, RCA tablets aren't that great and you may end up having to do a System Reset from the Recovery Mode menu; if this ends up being the case, all the data stored on the device will be erased and the tablet restored to it's factory settings and condition. Make sure you save any wanted data (like photo's, email etc) before resetting the device. If you have a computer, you can backup any need files to it via USB methods (USB stick, cable etc).

Hi kimberley3940,

It may be that the tablet’s digitzer (touchscreen) flex cable connection is loose or that the digitizer is faulty and needs to be replaced.

Here’s a link to a video that shows how to replace the digitizer in your model tablet, which should help you to check the cable connection and if necessary replace the digitizer.

Here’s a link to just one supplier of the part. It is only shown to give you an idea of what it looks like and the cost of the part.

There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for RCT6773W22 touchscreen to get results.
