Why can't I return my vacuum into a complete upright position?
I can’t return the vacuum handle to the upright position when completed vacuuming. Every thing seems to be working fine however the cleaner will not remain vertically and simply falls into a horizontal position.

It sounds like the release may be stuck so that it's not latching when you put it upright. What is your model number?
