Xbox One won't Turn on after optical drive replacement

My optical drive quit reading/spinning discs, I replaced the optical drive making sure to swap the boards from the original one to the new one. Even made sure all the ribbon cables were seated properly within the drive. Get it all back together and get tones from the front panel buttons but the console does not power up. I’ve tried holding the bind and eject button while pressing the xbox button on the front, tried leaving everything unplugged for a couple hours all to no avail. Any ideas on how to get it to boot back up would be greatly appreciated.
