iPad 6 Screen & Home Button replacement results in loose home button

I recently replaced the screen and home button on my iPad 6 and I cant seem to get the home button to not be loose. I also replaced the rubber gasket with no luck. Any tips on what I could be doing wrong or missing?

Use Tesa 61395 adhesive and home button should stay put, it’s one of the best adhesive on the market, better than the red tape.
