Why can't I share pictures or screen shots?

When I select who I want to send it to hit the send button and the method it changes to a multi ,media message and won’t deliver

I have a Rebel 4 very like it, and my bet is you have one of your settings keeping it in some single mode. There r so many I can't tell which, but go thru them and look mostly for something cut off, especially those of Google and Share and Chrome.
