1 phone doesn't turn on but charges?
hello everyone i went back to repair cell phone but can’t solve this phone’s problem the person said the phone charges by showing a red led when plugged in but doesn’t turn on i check if there were water damage and there was a red water indicator by the charger port but no where since the board looks fine not sure whats causing it issue
