Phone died won't charge when power is on

My phone died, and when I went to charge it I thought nothing of it, it got to 3% I turned it on and saw it isn't charging, so I turned it off and let it charge it took 3 hours to get to 13% but when I turned it on it still won't charge

Have you ever had issues with your battery? Most probably you need to replace your battery.

Never had issues with it, I was reading other reviews and they said when replacing it didn't help
