Why can't I get it out of the frozen power screen
I have a Alcatel 7 and it's stuck on the metro PC's screen, I've tried rebooting. What should I do?
I've powered it off multiple times

If you rebooted the phone multiple times but to no avail, try performing a hard boot by removing the battery, putting it back in, and then turning on the phone.
