Please help me out,

So my iphone jus went black screen, I plugged it to a charger shows nothing, plugged it to my pc, doesnt show if it connected. Unresponsive to my itunes.

I looked for a fix and it said to soft reset the iphone ie holding the power button and the home button at the same time for 10-20secs but my home button hasnt been working for about 2-3 months now. So how Do I fix my phone. And im sure its not my lcd as the iphone doesnt connect to my laptop doesnt show if it is connected.

So basically my iphone 6s is switched off atm. Doesnt show anything if i press the home button.

Hey! I would recommend trying to install a new battery on the phone to see if that can fix anything. It could also be a lightning port issue which is fixable as well and not as hard as it seems! Also nice Rengar profile picture by the way!

Buy a home button. If it works its worth it.

Hello Drake

If the phone is not recognized by the PC, it is most likely that it does not turn on. Leave it connected to the computer for 1 hour to make sure it has a charge but still does not recognize it.

If after loading and connecting it does not give a signal of life, the first thing would be to try another battery.

If you do not want to try another battery, you can open the terminal to disconnect yours for a few seconds / minutes and reconnect it. This is similar to a restart.

This seems like a problem with the battery if the terminal has not been wet or dropped before.

Good luck!
