Disc won't go in drive

I was playing far cry 5 whilst my ps4 got moved and after a while I went to change to black ops 4 and pressed the button to eject and it wouldn't eject the disc I had to manually remove it but when I try to push the disc in its like the motor has stopped working or something but I can only put the disc in through the manual moving method but if I manually insert it through the screw it recognises that the disc is in But the disc is not read or anything
