Flashlight & Rear camera stopped working after Lightning replacement

Hi! After a lighting module replacement, my flashlight and rear camera won’t work. I am wondering what can be the issue. Did I break the ribbon connector of the camera? Or is the connector not well plugged?

I suppose the flashlight is not directly connected to the camera so I am wondering where is the failure coming from.

Anyone can help ?

It could be all of the above, including logic board damage if you forgot to disconnect the battery before removing and connecting the screen assembly.

Just so you know, the flash will not work if the rear camera is damaged or defective. So that’s the main problem you have to solve first. If the RCAm works and the flash does not, then you need to address the flash as well.

Check the condition of the flex and the connector as they are easily damaged during a DIY repair.
