My iPhone reset while restoring, and itunes has stoped why?

i try many times to restoring this iphone but nothing happen stil stuck on the same story dfu mode and iphones stopped whlie restoring, reset himselft and itunes stopped. with errors 3194, sometimes 21, i use laptop sony, win7 sp1 32 bits, updated always! please helpme

is your phone jailbroken and you are trying to restore?

This happen mostly for 2 reasons:

1. You are trying to restore to a custom IPSW file from recovery mode. (And you need to do that in DFU mode)

2. You are trying to restore to an old iOS firmware than 4.3.3, and you don't have SHSH blobs.

Please let us know what you have :)

And if you phone is not SIM FREE, please tell this too.

my iphone is already dfu mode ( black screen) not sim free, trying to restore to any custom IPSW, because i fail to restore 4.3.3 ios. i dont have shsh blobs, ihave umbrela.
