USB drive won't fit into previously used USB ports

my USB drive will not fit into any of the ports that's it usually in... I just had it in my laptop this morning, and when I got to work it no longer goes into any ports on my work computer. I've already used these computers with my USB many times so I'm guessing maybe the USB has been damaged?? If so, is there ANY way to get my files off of it??

You’ll have to closely inspect both the USB port on your computer and on the USB Drive as one (or both) of them is physically damaged. If the USB drive is damaged, then someone who does micro-soldering repair should be able to repair the port.

Check the USB drive’s port for obstructions. Lint, paper pieces, small dirt or other things may cause it to not insert completely.
