Black & White screen

I have an iPhone 6 water damaged. It cleaned and turns on now and working fine. Only problem is the Picture on that is Black & White and there is no any colors . Anyone had this problem before?

All other functional working perfect and I did test different LCD but it is same problem. I even turn it on with no any other parts like camera or charge port. I never seen like this problem before.

Have you tried replacing the screen at all? Parts usually get damaged when exposed to water. Also you should test the rest of the phone’s functionality to make sure you don’t have another part that is not working properly. Another think you want to do is disassemble the whole phone and let each individual part dry. After that check for any type of corrosion on the logic board and other parts. Then just replace the screen and assemble everything back together and that should do the trick.

Most likely grayscale (now knownas Color filters) is turned on

turn that off in Settings-General-Accessibility.

Press the home button 3 times and it will back to normal display.
