Problem Focusing (maybe after dropping camera)

For a while now my camera does not focus correctly anymore.

I already reseted the system, so i dont think it is something in the settings.

The lens seems to move out and in correctly, no error message (that i know form the last on in hed) shows up, it takes pictures normall, but they ar most of the time totally out of focus.

Any ideas what this could be? Is there a sensible part inside that is responsible for the focus (like the speed meter in older cameras) that could be the problem and that could be replaced?
