What's the best way to repair two broken pins in the dock connector?

My iPod has two broken pins inside the dock connector, and I do not want to replace the entire assembly because it is soldered to the logic board.

Is there any other way, for example desoldering the individual lightning port area and soldering a new one on?

Thank you to anyone who helps me with this.
