Now that I've screwed it up...

Kenmore HE3 washer - Model # 11044832-200

I had to replace the door lock assembly and door strike plate because of my own mistake.

When I was trying to replace the assembly (part # 8182634), I got muscular and pulled on the wires.

I still have the dreaded F/DL error.

Since I broke the door while was still latched, and after I foolishly pulled on the wires, I'm now thinking I've broken one of the wires so the machine thinks the door should be locked.

How can I find and fix the problem?
