Both screens turn white when touched and I don't know how to fix

After about a minute of my DS being on, even when lightly touched both screens turn white. They only stay white when the touch screen is being touched

I found that if I pressed down hard on one of the edges it will sort of fix it, but only if I continue to hold down on it. I have no clue how to fix this.

Hi there

I would recommend that you contact The manufacturer as if you undertake any repairs that will void your warranty and the screen problem that you have is a Hardware issue
