Ran out of gas but it won't start

I ran out of gas and I've put plenty of gas into it, Checked- fuses, relays, vacuum hoses, injector's, fuel filter, pressure, spark plugs. I even dropped the gas tank emptied and cleaned it out.

rns over but will not start. The only time we do get it started is when we sparay starting fluid.

We have done everything I can think of as far as fuel goes. So what else would prevent it from starting?? Could it be the anti theft got activated somehow and preventing from starting?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

That might be air getting in the fuel line, you can try to get it out by starting the motor 10 times or so, that might work.

It could also be that the fail/safe mode engaged, your best bet is to take it to a garage it think.

How do I disengage the fail safe mode if it's stuck on that?
