Touch screen doesn't work anymore and it wasn't the screen itself

Hi, I got a iPhone 6s, recently I replaced the front camera and after the replacement the touch screen stopped working. I thought was the screen, so I bought one from Amazon and still same problem. I cleaned the 3 connector which connect on the LCD screen, but it was not help. Anyone have other idea what the problem could be?

I think I didn't disconnected the battery when I disconnected the 3 ribbon cables that connected to LCD. I don't think it is the cable or LCD, cause the new screen has the same problem. Do you know any way that I can get the picture of the phone? I didn't back it up on icloud, now I have no way to access the pictures.

Did you disconnect the battery before you disconnected the screen? Not doing so can cause some damage to the logic board although it will typically be to the backlight circuit. It's not impossible that something similar may have have happened to the touch circuit.

However, lets' start by closely inspecting the Touch & LCD connectors. While you cleaned them (which is good), it is possible that the connectors got damaged as they are very delicate. Use magnification to inspect the connectors on the logic board but also on the screen itself. Also take a look at the condition of the flex cables. They can tear easily and it really doesn't take much to cause damage.
