Why doesn't my keyboard work after replacing the display on my laptop?

I replaced my display. Following the instructions on ifixit. Prior to doing this the keyboard worked fine. Now 5,t,g, and b dont work as well as other keys at random times. The "e" key is sticking on. What could i have damaged? I only changed the display connections (wifi, camera, and display). Otherwise i disconnected the battery. Any ideas?

OK, thats the correct part.

It sounds like the iSight camera is messed up. Do you still have the old display assembly: if you do plug in the iSight cable from it. Did that fix the issue? If so you’ll need to get a replacement.

Update (07/15/2019)

Clearly the keyboard is also in trouble. Did you have a spill or did you get some solvent leaked into the keyboard damaging it if you also replaced the battery

I tried this. It didn't change anything. The camera works fine on the new display. What else could it be?
