Chosen Solution

Try seating in only one ram individually.

Try one in either slots. In some cases one ram slot may go bad on the logic board if the MacBook has been dropped.

Or it could just be a faulty ram stick.

Is it doing like a slow beep?

thank for your quick answer ,i try either slots , nothing change , i change the ram stick too, this solution is not working for me

about the sound , the sound is for the hdd , the hdd tries to turn on and cant turn on , the sleep light flash with that sound , i disconnect the hdd , but cpu fan goes the same as before turn for few sec the stop and again turn....

(even when the lead is closed when i plugged in , its start to flashing , and hdd sound come(if you go near the hdd you can hear the sound, and the cpu fan start stop start stop...)
