My epson R3000 won't start up

Hi

My Epson R3000 won't go past the second page on the LCD screen the printhead moves slowly across the rail but stops at the end. The little dot that goes along the LCD screen but stops on the fourth space. Then nothing happens any help would be great thanks in advance.
