Why does my Wii say's an error has occurred press the Jackbon remove the game disc and turn off the power to this consul please read the Wii operations manual for further instructions help

This is the same this that's happening to me. It means that it can't find a readable part on the disc. Try cleaning the disc or replace the disc drive.

There should be a few more troubleshooting steps between cleaning the disk and replacing the entire drive. Try using another disk too, or cleaning the lens.
