Back Button light doesn't work after display replacement

The display for my Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) was replaced because I had some cracks on the screen which I did not like. When the phone was returned to me I noticed that the light for the back touch key doesn't turn on. The button still works and the light comes on for the recent key. What could be the problem?

Answer this question I have this problem too

The Back button is a capacitive key that is attached to the charging flex. It is very sensitive and easy to damage. You likely seperated the LED from the flex whilst removing the screen.

replacing the charge flex will fix your issue.

--There IS a possibility that there is adhesive over top of the LED. this usually doesnt happen, though a couple times, i have seen this issue.
