IOS 11 dictionary couldn't start dowload
When I try to download it just simply say this operation couldn't be completed (asError error 1)

Try to press and hold POWER + touchID buttons for 15 seconds

- close all apps in background, and you may want to restart your device.
- use a VPN app.
- try to download it again.

I cleared all background apps
Went to settings->General->Dictionary
Made a selection and the download begins
