One VGA cable screw is stripped, can't remove

Hi, hoping someone has a good option for removing a VGA cable from the VGA port on the back of a monitor. I've got one screw removed, but the other is stripped and can't get the screw out. The screws are long and plastic so my idea of gluing something to the end or drilling it out doesn't seem to be useful.

Thought someone here might have had this happen in the past.
