Error 28 hardware problem, how do I fix it?

a guy says its the dock connector problem, but i really do not wanna buy the part unless i am really sure, thank you

It really isn't necessarily a hardware problem. Try getting the phone into DFU mode (hold down home button and then plug into USB plugged into computer) and restore it. If that doesn't work there's another thing you can try but it's kind of complicated. Let me know if it works.

i have the same problem with mine,

but i tried to hold down the Home BTN and it doesn't works!

i will go to a store to fix it!

the error indicates a dock connector problem. Not under warranty?
