I want to upgrade hard drive, what cable to clone drive should I use?

I have a mac book pro 13" mid 2009 and i want to upgrade my current original hard drive (is a 160gb hdd Sata) to a 1 TB SSD Hybrid 2.5" Hard Drive. Question is, what cable should i buy to clone my old drive to my new drive? Im so confused, there are different ones and need to be sure.

With the internal drive in the macbook, connect the drive you want to clone it to via a usb hard drive enclosure. HD ENCLOSURE

Then use CARBON COPY CLONER or whatever method you like to clone the data over to the ssd drive.

Then install the ssd drive into the macbook and dont forget to set the boot option in system preferences to point to the new ssd drive.
