Why won't my handycam turn on?

Hi there I have a Sony HDR -SR10E handycam. It won't turn on. I've tried 2 different batteries and tried connecting it to the mains with the charger, but still nothing. It's not even showing to be charging. Can you please help as my wedding is on this camera?
