My Sky Viper S1700's motors will not turn at all please help.

I have a Sky Viper S1700 and the motors will not turn at all even though it's connected to the controller. I have tried keeping the left stick down while pairing and switching it to manual mode but it still doesn't work. It makes all the normal tones and I've taken both the controller and drone apart and everything appears to be connected. Also, auto launch doesn't work either. I've had this drone for a while and flew it for a few months before this happened. Please help if you have any knowledge about this problem.

Can a someone please answer I need this to work very soon because my friend and I scheduled a race in a few days.

I'm guessing you didn't made it to your race? Did you manage to get a fix? I've been experiencing the same problem for over an year.
