Touchscreen not responding after replacement.

So i was doing a screen replacement on my iPhone 6S+, i bought a third party screen i had to put the homebutton/speaker/sensors/camera onto the new screen once that was finished i plugged all of the connections in and booted for the first time using the lighting cable. One thing that i noticed is that the apple logo showed then went completely black for a split second which I dont remember that ever happening during a boot up, then it showed the apple logo and went to the passcode screen. That's when i noticed that the screen was not responding to my touch, although the home button works because when i press it, it goes to the passcode screen requiring a passcode instead of touch id. So i disconnected the battery/screen took everything off the aftermarket screen and put it back on my old screen which was working just had a crack on it. Booted up the phone but still had that black screen for a split second during boot up, and then there was no response towards the screen. So i don't know what happend but now nothing works.
