Replaced cracked screen, it powered on now won't come on at all

As title states I replaced the cracked screen verified it powered on before sealing it. Powered it off and added the plate over the ribbon cables sealed it and it won't power back on with the new screen or the old. I have pulled the battery cable and re connected it, and that didn't work either. Any ideas?

Answer this question I have this problem too

long screw damage. bottom right screw hole. you have to pay close attention to which screw went where. there are 2 that are longer than the rest.

I believe putting the wrong screws in causes permanent damage, but go through with @mobilemedic s solution and see if it works.

well there is 1 really long screw and then theres 1 screw thats only slightly longer than the other 3. if you put it in the bottom left hole it will cause no boot if you put it in the bottom right hole it will cause no image/no backlight.

the damage isnt permanent it just needs traces in the logic board fixed.
